A. Yes. Many of Acrey's designs are available in fine art edition prints. From Photography prints to Giclee prints reproductions on fine art papers and canvas. 2. Q. What type of payment do you accept? |
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, ONLY. Please note that all funds must CLEAR before we ship items. NO FOREIGN FUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. |
3. Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online? |
A. Let's face it, no web site is ever hack free. There are absolute jerks out there. However, we do take precautions to safeguard your information. Please visit our Privacy Policy for details. We use GoDaddy secure Certificate on our Site. |
4. Q. When do you charge my credit card? |
A. We get the Authorization from your credit card company when you place the order. The day we ship the item is when we process the order. However, Custom orders may be processed on the day the order is placed. |
5. Q. What if I do not want to place an order on the Internet? |
A. Please call us at 916-685-1312 to place an order over the phone. |
6. Q. Do you charge sales tax? |
A. We charge sales tax for orders within California. (7.75%) If you are ordering from another state there is no sales tax. |
7. Q. Do you wholesale? |
A. We do not wholesale to the general public. We DO wholesale our note cards to retail establishments. You must be a licensed business with a resale permit to qualify. Contact Acrey Art directly at 916-685-1312. |
8. Q. Do you have a catalog? |
A. The site is our Virtual catalog. It contains the most updated information on each item. We may send out printed materials occasionally to select clients about our new releases and/or specials and our sales representatives have printed materials, but we do not offer a full catalog offline. |
9. Q. I live in Hawaii... will you ship to me? |
A. NOTE: FREE shipping applies to addresses within the CONTINENTAL USA only. (for Alaska & Hawaii shipping is applicable) We will ship to clients in Alaska & Hawaii with the client paying the added fees. Call for quote. We ONLY ship to addresses WITHIN the USA. |
10. Q. Will you sell and ship to clients in another country? |
A. NO. We do not sell or ship outside of the USA. |
11. Q. Can I ship to a location that is different from my billing address? |
A. When you set up your account you have the option of creating a billing address and shipping address in the account set up section. Thereafter, you may choose which place to have your items delivered. |
12. Q. Can I return an item? |
No. Since most products are custom ordered and custom printed they have no value to us for resale, all sales are final. Yes, this includes the blank cards. Please view our Refund Policy for details about shipping damage or defective products. |
13. Q. Do you have regular business hours? |
A. You can usually reach us Mon- Fri 9:00 am -5:00 pm (west coast time)
We are closed weekends and on all major Holidays. |
14. Q. Do you have regular brick & mortar store/gallery? |
A. No, we are a virtual Store only. Besides the cards on this site, Acrey's Limited edition fine art prints can be purchased on SacramentoArt.com - another virtual store. |
15. Q. I do not live in the USA. Can I still advertise on your site? |
A. NO. We are for USA only. |
