Mailing Lists: Get your client list ready.
In order to have a successful mailing it is neccessary to have a clean mailing list. We suggest you check your addresses for accuracy, verify as many of the addresses as you can and use the proper format to assure you do not get a lot of return cards in the mail.

The post office does NOT return bulk rate mail if the card can not be delivered. Therefore, even though it cost a bit more, we suggest you mail using First Class mail for your first mailing so that in case some of the addresses are incorrect, you will get the cards back by return mail and then you can correct your list. Once you know your list is "clean", then mail by bulk rate. You can use your list multiple times.

If you DO want us to check your spelling, addresses, etc, you must specify your request in writing via email to us and you will be charged extra fees for the extra service you request.

FORMAT:
Please follow these instructions for your address files and pictures.
If your files are not formatted properly,
they will be rejected by the system.
If you want us to correct your list for you, it is subject to added fees. See our Pricing section for rates.

PICTURES:
For cards offered with the your pictures (realtors: of your listings), and your picture, and Logo, etc., We will email you for your files when we receive your order. REPLY TO THE EMAIL AND ATTACH YOUR FILE. Pictures may be directly off of a digital camera shooting high quality pictures. NO CELL PHONE PICTURES! The format is wrong and the dpi is too small to print. Pictures should be in .jpg format only. with 300 dpi at OUTPUT. -a 4x6 picture at 300 dpi is ideal

MAILING LIST DIRECTIONS:
Realtors: Please note: We DO accept files (.csv OR .xls) as downloaded from county property records in your real estate programs for your farm area, etc. Most of those files are formatted well enough for us to get the information we need to process your order without you having to change them.
FOR ALL:
You may use our SAMPLE FILE. It is formatted and ready for you to add your addresses and includes instructions.
After you add your addresses, please save it using YOUR NAME in the file title. Example: "J_Doe_farm1" OR "MaryJones_file1"
When we receive your order we will email you for your file. REPLY TO THE EMAIL AND ATTACH YOUR FILE.

Please format the file with the following column headings:
1. Record#: number your list
2. Name: include entire name - First & Last - upper & lower case OK)
3. Company: ((if applicable -upper & lower case OK)
4. Address: EXAMPLE: 123 Any St or PO Box 1234
5. City: -All in CAPITOLS: SACRAMENTO
6. ST: -State two letter abr. ALL in CAPITOLS EXAMPLE: CA (for California)
7. Zip: - put a dash- after the numbers EXAMPLE: 95759-

Notes:
Format the addresses for acceptance as follows

samples:
For Post Office Boxes: PO Box 1234 (NOT P.O. Box 1234)
For Apartments put # in address line: 123 Any St Apt A
For Suites put the # in the address line: 123 Any St Ste 1234
Do Not use periods after abreviated words such as: "St, Ave, Ct, Pl, Ln, Ste, or Apt," etc.
