Custom designs & components

Design Fees: 

• Layout/placement of images and/or graphics on the postcard
• Typesetting and placement of headline and sub-headline on the front/back of postcard
• Typesetting of return address and up to 100 words on the back of postcard
• Placement of postal permit information on the postcard (if applicable)
• online proofing

Component Fees:

• Artwork images (licensed use only)
• Photography images (licensed use only)
• Custom Artwork images – by quote  - for one time licensed use only
• Custom Artwork images – by quote  - for multiple time licensed use only
• Custom Artwork images – by quote  - outright purchase of semi-exclusive rights with artist retaining rights for advertising in  her portfolio and personal works advertising/promotion.
• Logo image creation – with exclusive rights

Upgrade & Special Features Fees:

• Paperweight upgrade (available on orders of 2500 postcards or more)
• Special coatings (available on orders of 2500 postcards or more)
• Special folding (available on orders of 2500 cards or more)

Postcard Printing & Mailing Service Fees:

Fees are for the Printing of the Back of the cards, printing of Addresses, U.S., Postal CASS certification & bar coding, sorting & bundling, Postage, delivery to the Post Office

• Back Printing & Mailing Service – Includes Custom Text back printing on the cards. Black ink only. You provide us with your address list and we address the cards and mail them to your clients using:

           Postage Options:

           First Class Postage -mandatory on all mailings of under 300 cards           and/or with mailings to multiple zip codes 

          Standard Mail -(Bulk Rate Service) – minimum mailing is 300 cards to           ONE zip code

• Back Printing - Includes Custom Text back printing on the cards. Black ink only. We print the cards and mail them all directly back to you. Then you address and mail them yourself .

Mailing Service for Note Cards Fees:

      Note Card mailings are handled differently than our Postcards: Both the Return and Address Labels must be printed and placed on the envelopes as the envelopes are too small to go through the printer. This is labor intensive and fees reflect this

added service. We offer First Class mailing ONLY for our Note Cards.

Inside Printing & Mailing Service – Includes Custom Text printing inside the cards. Black ink only. You provide us with your address list and we address the cards and mail them to your clients using First Class mailing Service.

• Fees are for the inside printing and for the Labels (2) (Your return address label and the Client address labels), Printing of the client address and return address labels, application of the labels onto the envelope, sorting & bundling, Postage, delivery to the Post Office
